Broke out the Primo

Postby bowhnter » Sat Mar 11, 2023 6:30 pm

It has been several (many) months since I’ve used the primo. I had to give a good cleaning and get it nice n hot for a couple hours before I even put the meat on.

Hog Waller on the ribs, Hoochie Mama on one of the JD fattys.

Image

I have never started ribs meat side down, but added some apple juice to start these off.

Fattys are done. They’ll get sliced and frozen for my breakfasts.

Ribs are done…

My wife made some cheesy steak fries.

Delicious. I need to use the primo more often.

Thanks, I finished ‘em up fer lunch today :laughing7:

I usually don’t like to get Sam’s ribs, (too thick), but these turned out decent.
I’m a fan of thinner back ribs.

Thanks all!
