Easter Dinner

Postby Smoking Piney » Mon Apr 10, 2023 7:00 am

Gorgeous day yesterday at the House of Piney, and I was long overdue in firing up the smoker.

I smoked a small lamb leg mini roast( 2 pounds), rubbed with SB SPG and I used some apple wood chunks for smoke.

Got my BGE fired up and grilled some asparagus.

My wife made mashed potatoes.

It was an awesome dinner. :D
