Yes Joe it was a good brisket and ribs. Keeping it simple with S&P is by far the best in my opinion.

KAM's PERFECT WORD "TRANSFORMATION" could not be better.
When you look at the first 3 pics of the Brisket and then compare them to the last 3 pics of the Brisket, it doesn't seem possible to create such a "TRANSFORMATION" just using Heat and Smoke :tup: :chef: :salut: :cheers:
