Going to do a Point and Flat, PreCut, rack of spareribs trimmed at home to St. Louis, and a Pork Butt. Will do a lot of vacuum sealing tonight.

looks great!! maybe the weather will finally cool down enough for us to do some cooking...
Most of mine is the Webber kettle and I don't spend any time outside due to the temperature, but the rain has been helping
