ONE POUND Ribeye "oh my"

Postby OldUsedParts » Thu Jan 26, 2023 1:46 pm

Hadn't had a good Ribeye in a long time, mainly because I'm hooked on those Center Cut Tenderloins but I decided to change today.
Gonna side it with a Twice baked Tater and some Veggies a la Ranch Dressing.
Time to fire up the Kingsford and get serious.
More pics later. :chef: :salut: :texas:

This was the "most tender Steak" that I have ever had. You could almost cut it with a fork and hardly needed to chew it at all.
Being as large as it was, I have a good size leftover which I put in the freezer for later.

If I could get a mega-tender one like this one every time, I'd switch from center cut tenderloins in a minute  :salut: :texas:
