Gonna Be Ribbin Mon-Yawner

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Mar 31, 2023 5:27 pm

Picked up some Saint Louies at HEB last week and tomorrow morning they'll be facing a 3-2-1 after sleeping overnight in the Frig with Honey Mustard and Suckle Busters Honey BBQ Rub.

I stood there at Buc-ees yesterday and looked at the Honey rub, but picked up the ole standby. I really need to try the honey sometime too.

Will do - - - I'm using Traeger Pellets and I'm learning that "they" don't cook the same as the B & B pellets that I have always used in the past, so it may be and extra 30 minutes longer before they are ready. :salut:

Even tho I wasn't happy with the Flavor, those Pellets sure laid out some great Bark and Smoke Rings

As I mentioned earlier, I have never used Traeger Pellets before and "their" Smoke didn't produce the Kind of Flavor that I like and am used to. These were a gift and very much appreciated but I wouldn't use them again. :whiteflag:

Yep, it’s coming. Gonna be upper 80s here in a couple days.

I’m about to sell my pellet grill. I don’t get the flavor I like, no matter what brand.

Ribs look good! I’ll have to find me some of them beans.
