Might say that I've been "bitten" by the Hebert's Bug. We picked up 4 pkgs of pure Pork Sausage the other day and this morning I put them on the ECB for some Smoke and Heat. I actually go ahead and cook them so I can put them all in a ziplock bag and into the Freezer. Then when the Munchies hit, I just take one out and Nuke it first to defrost and then to heat and EAT.
