Thanks, John, I'm pretty sure that Y'all will like it.
I'm thinking that the next time I do these I'll put pineapple inside the bacon wrap instead of the Jalapeno strip and maybe leave off the cheese and finally baste them with some kind of Island/Jamaican/maybe Jerk Sauce right before plating and eating???????????????? :salut:
