Sounds delicious! Ribs are, for me, one of the most delicious parts of a carcass. Here the very richness of the taste of meat from the bone. In principle, the most delicious broths are obtained on the ribs.

Yes Sir, and there's an old saying that goes "The Closer to the Bone, the Sweeter the Meat" - - - I imagine that Dinner time today will probably include some pulled pork Sammies.
