A Great Day for Pork Chops

Just a gorgeous day here in NJ. I smoked some ABT's and grilled some chops.

Straight up simple - rubbed with SB Campfire and cooked hot and fast on the BGE with mesquite chips:

A full day in the smoke with beautiful weather and good food......life is good!
