A Great Day for Pork Chops

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Nov 20, 2020 3:52 pm

Just a gorgeous day here in NJ. I smoked some ABT's and grilled some chops. :D

Straight up simple - rubbed with SB Campfire and cooked hot and fast on the BGE with mesquite chips:

A full day in the smoke with beautiful weather and good food......life is good! :D

POKE Chops look awesome, my Friend.
I'm way overdue for some ABT's also - - - they are on my Gro List for tomorrow

Thanks, Joe.

First time with Campfire on chops here, too.

It rocked on the chops. :D
