Chucken boobs brined in Mad Hunky Poultry Brine, seasoned with SB Clucker Dust. Filled with chopped ham, sun dried tomatoes and Swiss. Tied, egg wash then either Panko bread crumbs or Corn Flakes. Brussels got tossed in EVOO and SB SPG and into CI mini skillets later getting tossed with soy, honey and siracha.Potatoes got Hasselbacked, buttered and SPG’d. Around the vortex with a chunk of cherry. Very pleased with the end result and now I got a few meals for the week as well.
