Sticky Wing Saturday night.

Postby k.a.m. » Sun May 23, 2021 7:42 am

Debbie and I as well as our son had a hankering for some wings so we fired up the Kettle and the Old Smoky.
Drummets seasoned with Three Pepper seasoning and on the grills.

After 15 minutes Debbie flipped them over.

Here they are resting fixing to get a sauce bath in the wok.

This is how I sauce mine I toss the wings in the wok and pour whatever sauce I want onto them. Then I add a bit of water to thin the sauce. As they heat up while I am tossing them the sauce starts to thicken back up and gets sticky.

Plated up with some vegetables and ranch dip.
