We did a freezer raid...'What's the oldest thing in there not counting the ham we bought in December and never cooked?'
Marinated chicken thighs was the answer. We also had brioche buns. Toasted the buns, threw the Chick on the grill. One fully dressed with pickle, onyawn, lettuce, one bare:
They tasted good enough but...we didn't flatten them before marinating. Gonna do that from now on. I still have chicken in my teeth.

Re: Chick-Fil-Nay
Thanks, y'alls...we think this came closer to Yay:
This was a frozen, packaged, breaded chicken breast that was already cooked and just needed heating....brioche bun, chez underneath, mayo, mater, onyawn, pickle on the side, and I forgot the lettuce.
Next, trying a variation on Cornell Chicken....stay tuned.
