Re: Rotisserie bird
Great looking chicken!
I'm curious, are you using a rotisserie with a horizontal offset with a drip pan set over the tuning plates? I think that's what I see but I realize I could well be wrong.
That's the only feature my gas grill lacks is a rear rotisserie burner. I have a rotisserie that works with my gas grill but I haven't been happy with what it takes to use it with chicken with gas flames from the bottom, so if I cook whole chickens, and turkeys for that matter, I cook them on a beer can style rack on my bullet style smoker with charcoal and wood. A new gas grill with rotisserie burner is way too much $$$ than I want to spend these days, and my gas grill is old so there's no convenient rear rotisserie retrofit burner kit to add to it.

BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Re: Rotisserie bird
Thanks to All.
Rorschach,
That deal is a home made rotissere built out of an old diesel tank, the fire box is behind and the fire heats some bricks up, so no direct fire to the food cooking inside. All the oven is covered with a 1 1/2” thick adobe mix. It maintains the temperature great.
Thanks K.A.M for flipping the pic! Now is a happy bird.

Re: Rotisserie bird
The pics are probably too large which will cause them to show up horizontally instead of vertically.

Here you go brother.
Nice looking cooker!
Where are you located and is that refractory mud on them?
You must be loading from a phone. They are probably on your camera roll that way. You can edit them on your camera roll before loading to the site.
