Filet for dinner

Postby phillymike » Sat Jun 19, 2021 7:44 pm

Picked up a tenderloin today and carved it up. The filets were seasoned with campfire steak seasoning and the wifey made some twice baked tatters and string beans. The meal was washed down with some yuengling beer from America’s oldest brewery.Image

Excellent. Cooked to perfection. I love string beans with steaks.

Funny enough...when I was a kid I had a streak of eating only steak and string beans. But they didn't look like THAT. :salut:

Looks Awesome - - - I need to start getting the tenderloin instead of purchasing the separate steaks - - - might save me some dinero ?

This is food picture! These cuts of meat immediately make you hungry and want to eat at least a couple of steaks!
