They had rubs on sale, four sections in a single round plastic thingie. This was Carolina Mustard something. Doesn't beat SB and they cake baaad but tasted good.

With boneless pork chops, pastarony, green beans. Chops had a mere two minutes per side and were just done, not at all tough.

Nice looking plate. Great job on the Pork Chops, 2 extra minutes turn those to rubber; I don’t even try it anymore, I just fry mine

The last time I grilled them, they got 2-1/2 min per side and it was too much time. So going down to 2 min was just right. :D
