Traditional Italian pizza

Postby Norway Joe » Sun Jul 25, 2021 10:57 am

Grilled a few pizzas on the Weber today. Wife made the dough this morning.

Squeezed them out thin and spread out Mutti pizza sauce. If we're not making it ourselves We've found this to be the best here.

Topped them with fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella and pepperoni. Added a few leaves of basil on top.

Tasted great.

The shape of the pizza is not perfect, but you cooked for yourself. The main thing is that it is tasty.
