3-2-1 Babybacks

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon Aug 02, 2021 8:56 am

Both of Sherry's Sons came up yesterday and spent the afternoon with us. It was just what she needed since we haven't gathered (covid) since last year. I helped her prepare a pot of Lima Beans, Tater Salad and her World Famous Veggie Bake Sheet.
I put a Rack of Babybacks on the Pit Boss at 6AM and they were falling off of the bone come Dinner time. I usually don't buy Babybacks because I prefer St. Louie Cut Ribs, but these were on sale and I couldn't pass them up.
I also picked up a roll of HEB Barbecue Foil which I used for the first time and all I can say is WOW :wav:
P.S. the Roll of Foil weighs 5 # and is heavy gauge :!:

The Pics should tell the Story. :salut: :texas:

I fixed the LEFTOVERS into a couple of Pulled Pork Sammies and the Wife agrees that it was probably the best we've ever had

Over due family visit, good looking grub and leftovers for lunch. Sounds like a triple win for sure.

That's a great cook, as usual. Getting family to visit is good. Especially now, since the pandemic has prohibited most visits.

Hope Sherry is doing better.
