Charcoal and Country Style Chops (aka Ribs)

Postby OldUsedParts » Tue Aug 10, 2021 9:34 am

Decided to fix the last of some Country Style/Farmer's Cut Ribs/Chops over some Kingsford today along with some steamed Veggies.
Think I'll finish coat them with some Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce after dusting with Honey Hog Waller.

That sounds like a great plan. Those vegetables look interesting too.

I’m waiting, not sold on the veggies. You’re going to have to post pictures for this to be a success and you’ve got a ways to go to get there. I don’t see it

Here ya go  BTW the Veggies were a flop but still consumed, however, the K-bobbed B sprouts with butter and Slap-Yo-Mama sprinkles were great over the charcoal. :chef:

Basically the taste and the beans were crunchy while the taters were very soft BUT the taste was a BOMB :whiteflag:

Thanks for the timely information. I've been intending to buy a couple of bags of the steamed veggies to try. :whiteflag:
