Some Poppers
Jalapeño poppers with pineapple. Have made these stuffed with all sorts of things like shrimp, pulled pork, little smokies, peach preserves, fig preserves, mango, chorizo, bits of tamales, etc, but my favorite is with pineapple. Sweet, savory, salty, and a little kick. Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama for the rub. Left over pineapple chunks with the rub is mightyfine.
