Prime Ribeyes

Postby tex_toby » Sat Aug 28, 2021 9:55 pm

I splurged a bit today and picked up a couple of Prime Grade Ribeyes from Dons Smokehouse this afternoon. I also grilled up my last bit of summer squash my mom grew in her garden. Going to bed with a full belly tonight. :D

Grilled squash is one of my all time favorites. I could make a meal out of just that.

Thanks, Joe. I totally replaced all of my grates with these and I love to cook on them. Grill marks for dummies! :laughing7:

When we lived in the Hill Country, West of Lampasas, I always had a small garden and always had Venison in the Freezer so I would Grill K-Bobs with Backstrap, Squash,, Own-Yawns, Cherry Maters and Zuccini all the time. :chef:

Thanks for the tip. I've seen them around but never tried them. I'll check for one for my grill.
