Got some time and materials to Charcoal me some Shrimp en Brouchette and I am more than ready. Gonna use some of that Hatch Pepper Bacon and Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama on these along with the Jalapeno Strips and last minute Monterey Jack coating on one side. I'll probably fix some grilled Sweet Corn and maybe some Okra over the Charcoal also but not sure just yet. Also thinking of a pineapple salsa dip instead of the usual Garlic Butter Dip but that's a maybe also. That garlic butter really goes well with these.

Looks great, I haven't found the Hootchie Mama at Rural King yet but I check every time I go in.
PB AustinLX, Weber Performer, Weber E310 , 250g trailer pit , 36" cowboy grill, bunch of other ways to burn food.
