Poink!

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Sun Sep 19, 2021 8:09 am

A variation of The famed Moink...Poultry 'n' Pork sausage, made into cheese-stuffed, bacon-wrapped balls, and a couple bacon-wrapped 'sausage.' Also a couple leftover sweet Italian links. The balls got a shake of seasoning and a glaze. Just done on the cheap gas grill.

Came out good, but maybe if we are mixing in sausage, we'll stick to beef.

When in doubt add "Bacon" - - - Looks Larapin Y'all - - - Since the Gas Grill got the Call, would "we" dare call that a "Gaseous Ripper" there between the Buns?

Yes more bacon! Love the idea of chicken and pork. Thanks for sharing. Great looking balls you have.
