Hatch the Ripper

Postby GTR » Sun Sep 19, 2021 3:12 pm

Had some cheap Eckrich I need to cook up. Thawed some roasted hatch and wrapped the links in hatch and bacon. Charcoal firing up, will add a pecan split and let the ripping begin. Updates to follow.

Little piggies down for a nice relaxing dry sauna.

Two loaded on a couple flour tortillas, velvetta verde, lettuce, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. They lasted 7.5 minutes on the plate.

Three of my favorite food groups: Cheese, Chiles, and Bacon. The man has gone down—-town as the football announcers say.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Thanks all. Made a nice NHRA mid-race meal. Just finished off the last of them for lunch. They’re rich, filling and darn delicious.
