72 and Blue

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Sep 24, 2021 11:47 am

Great Texas Weather today,, with 72 degrees and blue skies, the ECB is "Calling for Me"  :chef: :texas:
Got a "grass fed" New York Strip that I've been wanting to put over some Kingsford and "Today's the Day" :wav:
Think I'll do a Twice Baked Tater and a Lettuce/Own-Yawn Salad for sides.
More pics later.

We are entering the part of the year with the weather pattern that makes living on the face of the sun for the last few months worth while. It is getting to absolute perfection season. That steak, my friend, is already there. Nicely done

Your steaks are always excellent. As far as your summer temperatures I would have melted away.
