Mesquite grilled quail

Postby egghead » Mon Oct 11, 2021 9:06 pm

Went old school sand marinated some quail in Italian dressing for about 10 hours. Then seasoned with S/B Hoochie Mama grilled direct over lump and mesquite, then moved to indirect until done. Pulled the legs early then continued with the breast until they hit 165. Okra cooked down with onions, garlic, and tomatoes on the side.
