Pig eggs

Postby GTR » Sun Oct 24, 2021 3:52 pm

Went grocery shopping and found some Vienna sausages on sale. Had to figure something to do with them…so pig eggs it was. Vienna sausage wrapped in chorizo wrapped in sausage wrapped in bacon. Super rich, super filling and super good.

Pretty much a personal bacon bomb.

Thanks all. I would think these are not Dr. approved but I believe there’s more old “cooks” than there is old doctors.

Well, Pardnah, as long as you put it that way, I think I'll fry up a Hatch Pepper Sausage Ripper using Jalapeno Bacon/ETC, especially since I am an OLD COOK.

Sounds like a plan.
Got lucky and found a pack of Johnsonville hatch brats last weekend. Popped them in the freezer for a later date.
