Picked up a couple boneless skinless chicken breast stuffed with crawfish jambalaya - a first for us. Instructions said to put a Pat of butter on each breast and into the oven. Thought I would leave out the butter to make it more healthy. The breast were tied up with string to hold the stuffing. Seemed like someone could choke on the string. Removed the string and wrapped with a bacon weave to hold the stuffing in, and rubbed with Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama. Glad I left that unhealthy butter off.
On to the small BGE at 375 until it reached 165. It’s mightyfine.

Wow. Looks really good. Glad you skipped the butter. It would have undermined the whole point of eating a lean and healthy skinless chicken breast.
