(We've been so desperate that yesterday I took a can of corn, okra and tomatoes, added Minute Rice and frozen chicken strips, and called it gumbo.... ).

Excellent, as always. I could really go for that plate right now - been getting stuff ready for Christmas and Thanksgiving and a good ole steak dinner would sure hit the spot.
