Need advise whole beef leg

Hello to all,
going to prepare a whole beef leg, 50 pounds of meet, thank you for your advise on how to do it.....
Was thinking to rub it, smoke for 5 hours then wrape it and back to the oven for 15 hours.....
Never done such a big project..... so thanks for your help.

Well,
The wood is burning.
The meet has rest covered with a nice rub.
Beer is cold.
So, lets keep an eye on the heat and the bottle.......till tomorrow!

That's an exciting cook. I have no clue about how to bbq it.
Since you have cold beer, I'd expect you need a lot
Look forward to seeing the finished Q. Will probably be great.

Folks, it is smelling gooooooood!
Btw, that BBQ timer is perfect, will make it on a big wood board.
Now 5 hours rest till lunch time.
