Postby jwh » Wed Dec 29, 2021 6:35 pm

Ma and Pa visited, so I grilled up some strips, and mama fried some taters.

Is the charcoal making a mess on the bottom and sides of your cast iron skillet? Would I need to just dedicate that pan for outside use only? I’m going to try this

I let it cool down, then clean the cast iron, and reseason it almost every cook.

Thank ya. They were tasty. I'll let the skillet get a tiny bit hotter next time around.
