Need to go buy you a whole bologna and core out the middle with a piece of pvc pipe and stuff it with that pimento cheese then smoke it. Use part of the core to plus the ends back up.

Can you smoke a whole bologna?

If so do you skin it first?

That started out as a whole chub. I smoked the other half a few months ago and made bologna burnt ends out of it. Yes you take the rhine off before smoking. I like to slice it before smoking so I get seasoning and smoke all over.

It was at a cook off at the traders village up there by ya’ll somewhere. We were also drinking beer that day and got into a game of pitching quarters. My buddy ended up with so many quarters in his pocket he couldn’t hardly walk.

Well dinners down. Pulled pork was good. Ribs were cooked right I am just not a fan of those loin back ribs. Bought three rack on clearance at Walmart. I have one left in the freezer and might give it away. The flavor was good, no sauce but seasoned with Sucklebusters Texas Pecan. The pulled pork was Sucklebusters Honey BBQ rub. Both have excellent flavor.
