It was upgrade time

Postby bsooner75 » Sat Feb 26, 2022 11:08 pm

Well since I first caught wind of the new model of Blackstone coming out I’d been on the lookout. I really wanted the cabinet space and the attached lid. Today was the day, the wife called from Walmart and said to bring the truck down , they got their first two in.

Our youngest guarded it while they waited on me:

Took it for a ride home in the rain:

The wife and I got it out together and converted to natural gas. It was getting pretty chilly out so it will have to wait till tomorrow for seasoning and the first cook.

Thanks y’all. Some seasoning and first cook pictures. Cooks just like I’d expect from a Blackstone

I know, right? I never know what I’m going to get when I hit the button. It’s like a slot machine!

Blackstone is one of the finest grills out there. I think you've got a great selection sense. It can perform almost every kind of cooking. But converting it to natural gas isn't a good decision.
