Too slow here - Time to Get Cooking

Postby Smoking Piney » Wed Mar 16, 2022 7:27 pm

It's been mighty slow here lately, but the weather is getting good again and I'm chomping at the bit to do some Q.

I'm back in the game and ready to roll lots of smoke.

Let's get to cooking and posting! I miss you guys.

I'm with you, John, but it looks like mine will be just a centercut tenderloin, as usual. Haven't had any folks around to justify a large cook mostly because of the @*&#%@*&% Covid Scare/Virus. Hopefully that will all change soon and the ol Pit Boss will be called back up for some 3-2-1s that fall off of the bones. There are Robin Redbreasts all over my yard and that's supposed to be a good sign so time will tell. :chef:  :salut: :texas:

Piney - I personally don’t think this could be anymore ON topic! Thanks for posting.

I got a couple butts defrosting in the fridge. Need to get some more pulled pork stocked in the freezer so maybe I’ll have some pics this weekend.

I'm smoking a round roast tomorrow. It's supposed to be a really nice day and I'm looking forward to it.

I have tons of Robins in my yard, too. They are my sign that spring is coming. I am SO looking forward to warmer weather and being out in the yard and the smoke. :D
