I always tend to go towards full spares or St. Louis cut, that’s just what I grew up eating but my wife likes the baby back ribs. So baby backs is what she gets. They did turn out as some of the better ribs I’ve done in a while. Also been on a chopped blue cheese and bacon salad kick lately. It’s a salad kit the wife buys at HEB and we add some blue cheese chunks to it.
