Gorgeous day here in south NJ, and a bird is on the menu today. I haven't spun a bird in a long time.
4 pound bird slathered in Dukes mayo and rubbed with SB Clucker Dust.
My very old beat up kettle has no bottom vent control, so this cooked a little hot. I'm sure it will be good.
Have a great weekend, folks!
