Time to Spin a Bird!

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Apr 15, 2022 2:57 pm

Gorgeous day here in south NJ, and a bird is on the menu today. I haven't spun a bird in a long time. :D

4 pound bird slathered in Dukes mayo and rubbed with SB Clucker Dust.

My very old beat up kettle has no bottom vent control, so this cooked a little hot. I'm sure it will be good. :D

Have a great weekend, folks!
