I did a freezer dive last night and found some wings. I'm off today and it was time to cook.
On the trusty ancient Weber with the Vortex with same apple chunks.
The drumettes are mine (rubbed with Malcolm's King Craw Cajun rub), and the flats are my wife's (rubbed with Heath Riles Peach Rub).
