Steak Plate
I picked up a 2 pack of Center Cut Tenderloins at HEB the other day and it didn't mention them being Grass Fed but for the price, I'm pretty sure they aren't. Gonna grill over Charcoal just like I do the regular Grass Fed and Wagyu Center Cut Tenderloins that I usually get and I'm interested in seeing how the Taste compares. Gonna Side it with Tater and Salad (maybe Sweet Corn). Final Pics to come.

Re: Steak Plate
What difference does the price make weather or not it is grass fed or otherwise?

Re: Steak Plate
Found some Cole Slaw in the Frig that I didn't know the Wife had bought so I fixed a dressing and it will go with the Steak and Tater today.

Re: Steak Plate
The Steak came out OK and I ate all of it, however, I had to throw the Cole Slaw away and eat some Almond Lemon Salad.
The Twice Baked Tater was awesome and loaded with Flavors.
The Steak also was not dripping Red Juice and that was probably what affected the taste.
As for me, I'll take Grass Fed from now on

If it had been my "regular Grass Fed Center Cut" and cooked the same way it would have been Rare and still Bleeding - - yum yum
