Tuesday morning chillin

Postby GTR » Tue Jul 26, 2022 9:28 am

Had the need to fire the grill.
Cheap sausages wrapped in roasted hatch, roasted poblano and bacon.
Jalapeños stuffed with avocado and bacon wrap.
Just got them down for a little R&R in the dry sauna.

Hour and a half, hot and fast, pulled and ready for consumption!

Should have secured the bacon on the peppers but they’ll still eat. Lunch time will be good.

I usually stuff the jalapeños with guacamole, minus the tomatoes. Didn’t have everything on hand so went straight avocado. Were still good just lacked a bit of zing.
Sausages were really good. Due to the peppers and bacon, the girth is a bit much for a standard hotdog bun. Flour tortilla and cheese to the rescue. Always a hit with my piggy loving buddies.
