There is some potatoes and onions seasoned with SPG in that foil
The 5 darker ones on the right are hog Waller honey. The 3 lighter ones on the left are SPG.

True, these were cooked pretty quick, then threw them on some indirect heat for a few minutes at the end. So I kind of short cook the thin stuff and set it off to the side for a few. There is definitely a fine line though.
