Pork Loin Back Ribs 3-2-1

Postby OldUsedParts » Thu Aug 18, 2022 6:24 pm

Finally decided to "Q" something especially since it's been a while since I've fired up the Pit Boss.
Got me a nice looking Pork Loin Back Rack of Ribs that I've brushed with Honey Mustard and sprinkled with Suckle Busters Honey BBQ Rub.
Gonna let that sit in the Frig and get to know each other until tomorrow morning and then I'll start the 3-2-1 Process.
Gotta place me an order with Suckle Busters real soon now because I'm thinking this "Q'ing" will continue to pick up from this Hot Summer.

Looks good. I sprinkle with smoked paprika and wad them up in Saran Wrap overnight. It gives them a nice color

Well the Power stayed on and the Ribs did too. For 5 1/2 hrs to be exact. Glazed them the final 30 minutes with Suckle Busters Chipotle BBQ Sauce and Plated with some Borachho Beans and Tossed Salad. I don't think I'll get these kind of Ribs next time because of the one end having very thick meat (1 1/2 inch thick). Everything was fall off the bone but the thinner pieces were the tastiest.
Excuse the blurry pictures  :dont:
