S.O.S. again

Postby OldUsedParts » Thu Aug 25, 2022 2:00 pm

Decided on a RIbeye this time instead of my regular Tenderloin and I'll be going back to the Tenderloin from now on.
It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good but the salad and tater was about the same as before. :dont:

Ribeye is my favorite cut. I bought "mock tenderloins" a few weeks ago for $1.99 a pound and figured I'd give them a go for that price. They looked like tenderloin slices but were a lot denser. I wasn't expecting them to be as tender as a real tenderloin, and I was right.......they were tough as a hockey puck. I gnawed through them any just to make a point. :D

Your S.O.S looks good! :salut:

I'm a ribeye man all day long. I feel like I'm cheating on my spouse if I eat another beef steak cut. Dr says I need to leave the ribeyes behind and go for the tenderloin, but I have trouble doing that. :dont: :D

I used to be a bone-in Ribeye man but have switcher to 100% center cut tenderloins. I can't eat a large steak any more like I used to. :whiteflag:
