"Waste not - Want not" - - is what my Mom always told me about not cleaning my Plate and that is what I thought of when I started pulling the meat off of the leftover Ribs from the other day. Didn't take long and after some slight simmering in a pan with some Suckle Busters Peach Glaze Sauce

Tater salad looked good an the beans too..
been so long since I have smoked anything I may have forgot how...
You scare me about those pellets, I have several hundred pounds of them getting older by the day; I do clean my fire pot out between cooks and so far have had no ignition problems. :salut:

I clean my Firepot out also, vacum and make sure there's no pellets at all in the rotator screw drive So all I can think of is "bad" pellets??? :dont:
I'm gonna get some new and fresh pellets at Academy in a few days and then I'll find out which one it is.
Manual Lighting was pretty easy so, if it's defective, then I may do that and see how long it lasts.

following and watching, as I said I bought a big batch of pellets and have not been cooking so kind of on the nervous side...

I can dig it  my Stepson gave me some Huge Plastic Jars and I've been using them for storage after opening the original plastic bag without any problem but I think that time ran out for me. :whiteflag:
