Mahi-Mahi seasoned with Lawrey’s all season, olive oil and butter.

Meanwhile, the potatoes that were cookin got a smash and some fresh grated cheddar, back into the easy bake to melt.

My wife made some sauce with sour cream, Dukes, spices, chow chow.
It didn’t disappoint.

In my opinion, there is no better way to cook Mahi then in a cast iron pan.
Looks great and the Asparagus must have been perfect cooked like that !

Your wife definitely complimented the meal, she did dun gūūūūd !!

Mahi Mahi is some good Swimmers and they also make good Lunch Plates. Reminds me of my Granny - - - :tup: She loved Grilled Mahi Mahi :tup:
