Triple T stands for…
Thanksgiving tri Tip!
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

I see them, but I would have to inquire on here on how to go about cooking one. Because I primarily cook on gas at the house.

Big fan of this cut. I have grilled it on gas but it is better indirect heat for it. My primo does a better job than the Weber ng grill.

If he was going to do that on gas couldn’t he get the same result in the oven?

I can seer and do indirect on my gas grill. I have a charcoal/wood option at the house. It’s just mounted to the trailer pit is all. I could always throw the sides up and fire up some lump. Still don’t know how to cook one though.
