Bachelor Steaks for Piney

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Dec 02, 2022 3:21 pm

My wife is visiting friends this weekend and I'm hone alone.

My wife is not a fan of steaks, so this was the perfect opportunity to cook some. Two ribeyes, dusted with SB Campfire and Espresso, cooked hot and fast on the BGE.

They rocked :D

Great looking steaks; since the realtor had us pair down no charcoal grill for me till we sell or decide we wont sell, live kinda sucks right now for us.. funny how an outsider says you cant this or that because buyers won't like it.... I fought to keep my fast eddy, webber gasser, and blackstone pizza oven, the only problem is pizza takes time to clean up afterwards as does brisket so not much of that happening currently, the replacement charcoal grill is probably gonna be a new webber kettle just like the one we got rid of that was over 15 years old those things are bulletproof...
But
since the wife want to move I am doin my diligence... the real estate market is not moving right now so we are in a wait and see mode.
Hijack sorry... just me and why I dont get to cook out right now :rambo:
