Rib Fingers?

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Dec 02, 2022 3:40 pm

I bought these a few weeks ago and I have no idea of what they really are or how to cook them. They look like beef, but I'm not certain.

I'm going to cook them tomorrow, and I'm thinking about going hot and fast.

Has anyone here ever seen these? :dont:

Every thing I googled said they were Beef - - - hot and fast sounds good to me but so does cooking, cutting up and using in a beef stew or another beef dish. :dont:

they might make good K-Bobs also :dont: :chef:

I didn't cook them until this evening. They marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse overnight.

They went hot and fast on the BGE.

They taste great, but some spots are a little chewy.

If I find these again, I will smoke low and slow and then braise them.

It was a good tasting experiment and first time cook. :D
