Today I Grilled a Suckle Buster Sammiched Steak - - - MEANING that I "sammiched" a nice Center Cut Tenderloin between 2 kinds of Suckle Busters Steak Seasoning- - - One side got Espresso and the other side got Campfire Steak Seasoning - - so it was Sammiched ?yanno?
I need to thank Smoking Piney for this idea
A twiced Baked Tater kept it from gettin lonely and Lunch was a "Winner"

nice meal, the method of using multiple seasonings on multiple sides is a competition trick, I like doing it because it provides more "layers" of flavor
