Last year I made Italian sausage sandwiches. This year, my butcher hooked me up on his Philly steak and cheese brats. Needless to say, I grill these up. After tasting them, I'm taking the rest home for my family to enjoy. Almost too good to share.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Can't beat a "?good?" Philly Steak and Cheese - - - but they're hard to find in these parts lately. ENJOY and Merry Christmas
